DS Customer Locator

Customer Locator is a mobile app developed by Venn Technology as part of the Deckstream Smart Billing System. It is built to help field officers accurately locate, verify, and manage customer accounts with ease.

The app gives field officers instant access to essential customer data, including GPS coordinates and images of premises. With built in map guidance, officers can navigate to within 10 meters of a property, reducing time spent searching for locations and improving daily productivity.

Customer Locator helps convert unknown or incomplete accounts into verified records. Officers can confirm occupancy, update details, capture images, and validate locations in real time. This ensures all consumption points are properly identified and billable.

By improving account accuracy, the app helps reduce fraud, trace unpaid bills, and prevent revenue loss. Organizations benefit from better data, smarter field operations, and more informed decision-making.
