UWA

UWA is a digital workforce and employment platform for the construction and built environment industry. It connects employers with skilled, semi-skilled, and entry-level workers.

Employers use it to source and recruit workers. They can post jobs, review applicants across construction trades and professional categories, schedule interviews, manage placements and ongoing projects, and pay workers, all in one place.

Workers use it to find jobs. They can create a profile covering their skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, and employment history, build a portfolio of past work, track applications and upcoming interviews, and get paid for work they complete.

UWA also verifies identity, so employers can find workers they can rely on and workers can find jobs and longer-term careers.
