2023-07-07	Ba*****		This is the most useless app I have ever seen and used, I wanted to recharge my prepaid meter and I thought of using them actually, yes we had outstanding balance on ground, and then I made the payment , it was approved from my bank and went to their account and they didn't give me token, and I call their staff they said I should go to the bank and complain I went, I called again they said I should go to nepa and complain I went, there at the nepa office they told me that the money was with them
