I have been trying to login after registering and the app is saying invalid SCN. What I just registered and confirmed.Whats wrong with the app. Admin pls check cause this is really frustrating.

Admin, Can you confirm if this app is still working? I have tried using it, but it does not seem to be working. I keep getting the prompt "timeout exceeded. Please try again" I have tried it on two other phones and the experience is the same. I will appreciate if there is a phone number I can contact in this regard. Thank you.
