Very unreliable service and disappointing customer support. I’ve experienced repeated outages since installation, including outages lasting several days. This has seriously disrupted my online tutoring classes. What makes it worse is having to repeatedly follow up, while some complaints are marked “resolved” without proper explanation or confirmation. I’ve also had difficulty getting appropriate credit for lost service days. The app is even worse, a lot of bugs. No reliable customer services.
