Option 1: The easy way (for Windows users only)

3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
5. Drag and drop the downloaded Off Side Theme CRX file into the Extensions page
6. When prompted, click Add extension to install Off Side Theme.
