Tarjuman ul Quran is providing a guide in modern age to build the future and solution to problems in light of Islam.
Through this history-making magazine, Syed Abul Ala Maudavi Rehmatullah Aleh (R.A) started this movement in the decade of the 30s, which is today the global movement of revival of Islam and the wave of awareness. The task at hand was to present the Qur'an in its original form and to explain its facts and knowledge in a straightforward manner as understood and explained by true Muslims of the first century. This was the beginning of the Tarjuman ul Qur'an. Maulana Maududi prepared sensitive minds and aching hearts for the revival of Islam and practically raised a movement. Khurram Murad R.A gave it a new life in the decade of the 90s and adorned with inner and outer qualities.
Now under the editorship of Professor Khurshid Ahmed, Tarjuman ul Qur'an, a magazine based on Islamic history, is providing a comprehensive guide in 21st century to build the future and solution to today’s pressing problems in supervision of modern era’s scholars. Tarjuman ul Qur'an highlights the concept of Islam on scientific and rational bases, presents solutions to the problems of life according to the requirements of the modern age and clarifies Islam as a system of life. Tarjuman ul Qur'an is performing the duty of providing the understanding of the concepts of the Qur'an, the understanding of the hadith, the message of the hadith, the learnings from life of the Prophet Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ, guidance in jurisprudence, purification, training and intellectual solution of the problems that Muslim Ummah face.
