I been trying to move my funds to another wallet,and I couldn't be able to do it. When trying to get into my wallet the app keeps loading up and don't open up the pag. And I can't reach out to the support team... Now the app is asking me for recovery phrases that I never was given. All they require from me was a access pin. Never, recovery phrases at least not at the time I created my account in the app
