※ Making and managing calls: Checking device status and providing automatic phone number entry
※ OS 10 or lower - Photo, media, file access: Provides cache, file organization, and photo storage functions
※ OS 11 or higher - All file access rights: Storage space management, photo storage functions provided

2. Optional access rights
※ Drawing on top of other apps: Provides service content pop-up function ※ Allow Do Not Disturb permission: Provides ringtone ON/OFF function
※ Write system settings: Provides battery management function
※ Access location: Provides Wi-Fi status and management functions
※ Accessibility permission: Provides agent’s device control function for smooth consultation

▶Smart Safe Care Plus was developed to allow you to individually agree and set optional access rights for Android 6.0 or higher. If you are using a version lower than Android 6.0, please check whether the device manufacturer provides an operating system upgrade function and proceed with the upgrade. Additionally, even if the operating system is upgraded, the access permissions agreed to in the existing app do not change, so to reset the access permissions, you can reset them in the device settings menu.
▶Smart Safe Care Plus does not collect personal information through the accessibility API, and only uses this permission to ensure smooth consultation when conducting mobile remote consultations. You can use the app even if you do not agree to the permission.
