User Reviews

Stakeout is lauded for helping users secure difficult Disney dining reservations efficiently and reducing booking stress. Users appreciate its ease of use and superior alert system compared to competitors. However, multiple reviews highlight issues with delayed or missed notifications, especially for free users, leading to missed opportunities. Some find the need to repeatedly log in and recreate stakeouts annoying, and reliability appears inconsistent. Overall, the app is valuable for many but may require a premium subscription and occasional patience.

Pros

Effective at securing hard-to-get Disney restaurant reservations like Cinderella's Royal Table and Space 220.
Easy to use with helpful notifications for reservation availability.
Provides peace of mind by automating reservation tracking, reducing the need to constantly check Disney's booking site.
Offers better alert quantity and success compared to competitors for many users.
Good customer support and responsiveness to user feedback.

Cons

Some users report delayed or missing notifications, resulting in missed reservations.
Free account functionality is limited; some users found alerts unreliable without paying for premium.
App sometimes requires frequent login and stakeout recreation, which frustrates users.
Notifications may arrive too late to successfully book available reservations.
Inconsistent experiences reported, with some users finding it less reliable than alternatives like MouseDining.
