your fuel account in one simple place — for individuals and businesses alike — so you
can manage your fuel cards, top up, track every transaction, and redeem your loyalty
points without a phone call or a trip to the station.

MANAGE YOUR FUEL CARDS
See every card on your account in one place. Check each card's balance, credit limit,
loyalty points and total fuelled, and tell at a glance which cards are active, blocked
or inactive. Both prepaid and credit fuel cards are supported, so a single driver or a
whole fleet can be managed from one login.

TOP UP WITH M-PESA
Load your prepaid card in seconds. Pick a quick amount or enter your own, confirm the
M-PESA STK prompt with your PIN, and your card balance updates automatically the moment
payment is confirmed — no queues, no cash, no paperwork. You can follow the payment
status live while it processes.

TRACK YOUR TRANSACTIONS
Keep a clear record of every fuelling. Browse your full transaction history, filter by
card, and open any transaction to see the station, amount and points earned.
Transactions are neatly grouped by date so it is easy to find exactly what you are
looking for.

MONTHLY STATEMENTS
View clear statements for any month, with total spend and points earned summarised at
the top. Print them or save them as PDF straight from your phone — ideal for expense
claims, accounting and reconciliation.

EARN & REDEEM LOYALTY POINTS
Earn points on every litre you fuel. When you are ready, redeem them for fuel credit at
the pump or for cash via M-PESA or in person. Every request is tracked from submission
to approval to payment, so you always know exactly where your redemption stands.
