NOTE: The mRes application is a companion app to the mResilience® service provided by TIAG. Your organization must have an active mResilience service to access this application.

First responders put resilience to the test every day. The ability to “bounce back” is critical to do the work of protecting and saving lives. But the challenges of first responder work hit at the core. Strengthening and maintaining resilience can be the cornerstone of any prevention program.

Going beyond just physical health, mRes aims to:
• Bridge ways to connect to supportive networks in and beyond the department,
• Understand the physiological response to stressful events,
• Develop goals to help build attainable achievements,
• And dial in on what motivates first responders to do the work they do every day.

This app allows first responders the ability to explore, engage and experiment in creating a tailored, individualized resilience program that fits their needs and lifestyle.

With mRes you can:
• Directly connect to your department’s Peer Support team and ways they can help
• Easily find department, local and national resources to support you and your family
• Dive into the stress-management and resiliency building tools to strengthen performance on and off the clock
• Set and track goals to enhance your life and career
• Find ways to increase motivation and resolve by trying out various tips on career, sleep, nutrition, family support and more.

mRes is a component of the mResilience® service — a customizable research-based resiliency training and companion mobile application program for first responder communities. The training was developed specifically for first responder agencies with no prior resilience training to agencies who have had extensive instruction.
