AlarmQuest: Wake Up Challenges

Make getting out of bed your first win of the day.

AlarmQuest is an alarm clock with wake-up challenges that get your body moving and your mind working. Complete push-ups, walk a set number of steps, solve math problems, or find an object with your camera to dismiss your alarm.

Whether you’re a heavy sleeper, a repeat snoozer, or building a better morning routine, choose how you want to start your day.

MOVE TO TURN OFF YOUR ALARM

Turn your morning alarm into a reason to get moving. Choose push-ups, squats, sit-to-stand exercises, or other supported workouts. Camera-based rep counting tracks your movements as you complete your challenge.

Prefer a walk? Set a step challenge that encourages you to leave your bed and start moving.

WAKE UP YOUR MIND

Give your brain something to do before heading back to sleep:

• Math challenges: Solve problems to dismiss your alarm.
• Memory tiles: Remember patterns and match tiles.
• Typing challenges: Type the displayed text to complete your task.
• Camera challenges: Find and scan a selected everyday object.

Choose a challenge that fits your morning, or combine multiple challenges for an extra push.

MAKE YOUR ALARM SOUND LIKE YOU

Start the day with a sound you actually want to hear—or a loud alarm when you need a stronger prompt.

• Choose from built-in alarm sounds.
• Import your own music and downloaded ringtones.
• Record your voice or a personal wake-up message.
• Wake up listening to a motivational speech.
• Choose your favorite radio station for a radio alarm.
• Enable Loud Mode for mornings when a gentle sound won’t do.

Radio playback requires an internet connection.

ADD A WAKE-UP CHECK

Dismissing an alarm is only the beginning. Enable Wake Check for a follow-up prompt to confirm you’re still awake. Add that extra step on mornings when you’re tempted to climb back into bed.

BUILD YOUR MORNING ROUTINE

Set alarms for your schedule, choose repeat days, and adjust snooze settings to suit your routine. Use alarm templates to get started quickly, or create habit alarms for the daily actions you want to make time for.

Keep it simple with one challenge, or build a sequence such as push-ups followed by squats. Pair a radio wake-up with a walking challenge to start your morning with music and movement.
