Recent reviews

I cannot make the app work. I try to add my children and the scroll down menu to select the school does not give me any options. I cannot do this on a website. Each time I try to access this another way or try to contact someone for help, it ends up saying that I need to use the app. I sent an email and supposedly a case was opened, but nobody got in contact with me. If the app is not working on my phone for whatever reason, I should be able to access the system somehow.
