I was using the Skeddy app in 2025 when Black was officially able to be scheduled in my market. It worked pretty good until it stopped notifying me when it accepted a ride and I was stuck missing those rides. Then the it started losing connection to Lyft and I would have to constantly reconnect or there would be an error message and have to try again later. I finally had to delete the app. Funny how everyone else was addressed immediately and I'm still sitting with no reply. Thanks Skeddy

First started using it. It was good then about a year and a 1/2 ago I could no longer use it. I tried on many occasions to get ahold of somebody to straighten this out because they still have $34 of mine. I love the app when it worked good. Now I'm out $34. and cannot get ahold of any help. They want you to send them a help request. But nobody ever gets back to you.
