2026-03-24	Co*****	I am a remote worker and my organization made the terrible decision to use this as their phone provider. The app won't let me login. I enter my email address to sign in and a wifi image appears. my wifi is on and working. No links for tech support, just an image of a wifi signal with an X on it.

2026-03-24	Ry*****	when call is picked up on land line, you have to wait for for app to ring on cell phone or it will start ringing after you pick up the land line. Also sometimes after I have finished the call on the land line the app will ring and no one is there. some times the app doesn't even ring. also need to add more options to scheduling in silent mode so you can have it in silent mode on your days off without always having to go into the app and set to away. could write more about how bad this app is but

I don't need you to tell me every time I open the app that you don't have access to my contacts - that's my choice as you don't need that access. transferring calls on the mobile app takes me to my messages, which makes zero sense. calls on my phone come in delayed and sometimes never quit ringing even after the call was answered. would not recommend this app to anyone unless you have to use it for work.

2026-01-23	De*****	This app is for work, not personal. I will never want to sync my contacts. EVER. Please please please, stop asking every single time. When I'm trying to make or transfer a call I have to take this extra step at least once a day.

2025-12-10	Ro*****	Great app if you want NONSTOP TELEMARKETING BLOWING UOUR PHONE UP ALL DAY! There is NO BLOCK feature within the app only a "report spam" which has proven to be useless! Tech support is non-existent as well.
