The application can also generate notifications when an employee remains outside the assigned location for a configured period or stays in the buffer zone for longer than expected. This allows supervisors to respond quickly and verify whether the employee has completed their service or requires assistance.

Location tracking is designed to continue while the application is running in the background, including when the employee minimizes the application or locks the device. This background functionality is essential for maintaining continuous workforce monitoring without requiring the employee to keep the application open on screen.

Employees can enable or disable location tracking through the application. When tracking is disabled, the application stops sending new location updates.
