I have had the worst experiences with you people mpaka nahisi makasiriko tu. You don't pick up calls when there is an issue with your wifi. I once ordered shopping from Konnect food then it was never delivered on time, tried to reach out I was blocked by the delivery guy only for my shopping to be delivered dirty having mud. Yesterday I ordered water and I can't even begin to explain how devastated I am. You guys are just so annoying and careless..... I'm just so pissed off by your actions.

From the first time you guys were good,but right now money has made you greed,worst WiFi ever, worst customer service,worst agents,poor feedback, what's the point of having this app if all those red flags I pointed out aren't being rectified....what's the use of using this money theft app
