Recovery Loop

Recovery Loop is the companion app for people working a recovery program with a coach, a sober-living house, or a treatment-center alumni team.

IMPORTANT: you need an account from your organization. Recovery Loop is provided by recovery coaches, sober-living operators and treatment programs. You cannot create an account inside the app — your coach, house manager or program administrator invites you.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Check in daily and weekly. Log how you are doing in a couple of taps: mood, cravings, sleep, and anything you want your coach to know. Your check-ins build a history you and your care team can look back on.

Track your sobriety. Set your start date and watch the days add up.

Set and complete goals. Work on goals you set yourself or that your coach sets with you, and tick them off as you go.

Keep a private journal and a gratitude list. Space to write things down, in your own words.

Message your care team. A single conversation with your coach, house manager or program administrator. No group chats, no noise.

Check in to a place. If your program uses it, you can let your coach know where you are while you are checked in — a meeting, a friend's place, anywhere you choose. Location is only read while the app is open, never in the background, and you can check out at any time.

Get reminders that matter. Notifications for coach comments, completed goals and missed check-ins. You choose which ones reach your phone in Account settings.

Unlock with biometrics. Optional fingerprint or face unlock keeps your recovery information private on a shared device. You can always sign in with your password instead.

FOR COACHES AND STAFF

If you are a coach, house manager or organization administrator, the same app gives you your roster, each person's check-in history and goals, alerts when someone may need support, and the care-team conversation.

PRIVACY

Your recovery information is visible only to you and the staff of your own organization. Recovery Loop is not a substitute for professional medical or clinical care, and it does not diagnose or treat anything.
