1. Join SnoMow Crew

Looking for opportunities in lawn care, snow removal, landscaping, cleanup, pressure washing or yard services?

Download the SnoMow Crew App and apply to join by creating your profile and providing your personal details, work experience, professional skills and work eligibility.

After you submit your application, the SnoMow team will review your information. You will receive a notification about your application status, including whether you have been accepted or placed on a waiting list.

If you are approved and eligible to receive jobs, you can start receiving available service opportunities through the app. Accept jobs that match your skills, complete the work, upload before and after photos and build your professional performance record.

2. Find Jobs and Track Your Earnings

Available jobs may include:

Create your account quickly using your mobile phone number and OTP verification.

5. Accept and Manage Jobs

Review available or assigned jobs and accept suitable work directly through the app. Update your status through each stage:

Accept Job → On The Way → Job Started → Completed

6. Keep Customers Updated

When you select "On The Way," "Job Started," or "Completed," the customer receives a notification. This keeps customers informed throughout the service and improves communication.

7. Before and After Photos

Upload before and after photos through the app to document the work completed and provide a clear record of the service.

8. Track Your Earnings

View completed jobs, monitor your performance, and track your earnings in the app. Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway according to applicable payment terms.

9. Silver, Gold and Diamond Crew Levels

SnoMow Crew recognizes professional performance through Silver, Gold and Diamond crew levels.

Performance may be based on customer ratings, quality of work, timely completion, reliability and successful job completion. As your performance improves, you may progress from Silver to Gold and Diamond.

Higher performance levels may receive priority and increased job opportunities. Diamond-level crews may receive the highest priority for available opportunities.

Customer ratings are important. Poor ratings or repeated performance issues may affect your Silver, Gold or Diamond status and future job opportunities.

10. Live Crew Support

Live support is available inside the SnoMow Crew App for job-related questions and assistance.
