This app is terrible. It wouldn't send a confirmation code. It was difficult to activate my tickets after buying them. The tickets don't scan correctly on the bus anyway. It kept telling me that my codes were expired shortly after buying the ticket. I wasted so much time trying to get this app to work. There are no indications on the app or the ticket for which bus to get on, also the buses don't have any indication of where they are going, you just have to have it memorized I suppose.

After I paid for tickets and it did not show in the app they refused to refund the money even after confirmation from their side that mistake was by them. They just put back the tickets in the app but I already bought new ones and used. Very very bad....
