not user friendly

The whole reason I downloaded this app is for weather updates. Either they need to actually update the app, or make it easier to find. It's easier to Google for school delays. Please find a better programmer to make this user friendly.. this city is filled with capable students looking for an internship opportunity. There is no excuse for such a poorly written app/website.
