Reakt

Reakt is Overlap's mobile app for behavioral assessments in professional settings. Designed for teams working remotely, it allows users to complete observations, record evidence, and access feedback from their mobile devices, online or offline.

Who is it for?
Reakt is designed for organizations using the Buglum platform. You need an account and an invitation from your company to access it.

As an evaluator or observer:
• View assigned Reakt assessments
• Complete behavioral questionnaires about those being assessed
• Record evidence with your camera (photos and videos)
• Capture your location when required by the assessment
• Manage logs and field activities
• Plan and review visits in the integrated calendar
• Work offline: your responses are saved and synced when you return online

As a participant:
• Access your Reakt assessments
• View feedback and reports from your evaluators
• Track the progress of your open and completed assessments
