The Inventory App was developed by ONLINE Sistemas to facilitate the physical counting of goods, integrating directly with your ERP system or exporting data via email and WhatsApp.

🔍 HOW IT WORKS

1. Create an Inventory Batch (e.g., "June/26 Stock")
2. Scan product barcodes with your phone's camera.
3. The app automatically adds up the quantities with each scan.
4. Adjust or remove items individually if necessary.
5. Close the batch when the count is complete.
6. Send the data to the ERP or export it via email/WhatsApp.

🏢 ERP Integration

The app connects To the ERP ONLINE Systems server via secure API.

After submission, the data is automatically saved in the inventory table with product name, code, current stock, average cost, last purchase, and prices.

No ERP? No problem. Use offline mode and export the inventory as a spreadsheet (TXT file with a ";" separator) compatible with Excel and Google Sheets.
