MINESEC

Transforming School Administration with Secure, Real-Time Management.

MINESEC NALINOV is the official administrative app for the Ministry of Secondary Education (MINESEC) Cameroon. Designed for School Principals, Teachers, and Ministry Officials, this secure platform replaces manual paperwork with a centralized digital ecosystem.

NALINOV brings transparency, speed, and accountability to every level of the education sector.

🛡️ SECURE DIGITAL LOGBOOK ("CAHIER DE TEXTE")
The core of NALINOV is the transition from paper to a fraud-proof digital logbook.

• True Zero-Latency Offline Mode: Rural and disconnected schools are no longer left behind. Log lessons and view timetables instantly with absolutely no lag, even with zero network coverage.
• Real-Time Lesson Tracking: Teachers log lesson content, attendance, and progress immediately after class using a newly streamlined, ultra-fast interface.
• Tamper-Proof Records: Once submitted, logbook entries are time-stamped and encrypted. They cannot be backdated or altered, ensuring a 100% accurate history of what was taught.

🏫 SCHOOL MANAGEMENT & ADMINISTRATION
Empowering Principals and Inspectors with a 360-degree view of their institution.

• Digital School Map: View real-time data on infrastructure, school streams, timetables, and staff distribution.
• Deep Offline Synchronisation: Perform whole-campus downloads. Inspect biometric registries, monitor teacher assignments, and securely audit curriculum coverage completely offline.

👤 PROFILE & IDENTITY MANAGEMENT
• Unified Digital ID: A single, secure profile for every teacher and staff member, linked to the Ministry’s central database.
• Data Sovereignty: All career and school data is hosted locally on secure government servers, ensuring privacy and absolute national data sovereignty.
