Needs fixing bad!! its extremely frustrating to go onto the app to check when the bus is scheduled to arrive, see its arrival time and set yourself up to get there for said time only to see the bus drive by and miss it. I opened the app to go home and saw that it said the bus would be there in 15 minutes, great! Im walking to the bus stop I was just told the bus would be at in 15 minutes, I'm about a 3 minute walk, so I go early, only to see the bus drive by as I'm heading there! fix it!

I'm always capable of losing my virtual card as well as the plastic tap card, it would be more sane to just count the customer rides and apply the tax effectively towards transport for the common citizens.
