The menu book mobile app is deployed by a restaurant, club, lounge or hotels to enable their customers view the menu and place orders without interacting with waiters. it also enables the customer to track status of orders and send alerts when a waiter's attention is required, it is used in conjunction with the order management app, for end-to-end order fulfillment and the owner's app which is used to manage the restaurant and run reports.

To use the menu book app, take the steps as follows-: when in the required restaurant, access the app and click on the open button, this will bring up the list of restaurants nearest to you, arranged by distance from the restaurant, most likely the restaurant visited will be top of the list, click on the required restaurant to view their menu, navigate the menu and select required items. selected items are placed in a shopping cart. Open the shopping cart to submit your orders, after submission you will be prompted to provide your restaurant table number or room number if you are ordering from a hotel room.

You don't need to login to use the app, but the first time you open the app, you will be required to provide your phone number, this enables the business to identify customer orders. the app also saves mobile device identity and uses device GPS information to calculate nearest restaurants to the customer.
