MaCaisse: Caisse enregistreuse

MaCaisse transforms an Android tablet or phone into a complete point-of-sale system, designed for businesses in Morocco.

Café, restaurant, snack bar, boutique, hair salon: you choose your workflow during installation, and the application adapts. Floor plan and kitchen dispatch for restaurants, counter sales for retail, and hairdressing services for salons.

Taking payments, made easy.
A product grid with photos, clear categories, and the total always at your fingertips. Cash or credit card: the money received and the change are calculated for you. Discounts per line item, tracked complimentary items, and cancellations managed by each user's permissions. Customer receipts, kitchen preparation slips, and Z reports are printed on your devices.

It even works offline.
Everything works offline, on the device's local database. You can continue taking payments during an outage, and synchronization resumes automatically when the network is restored. No sales are lost.

Multiple tablets, one till
In the dining area, several tablets work on the same tables and the same inventory, connected via the store's Wi-Fi. Orders are sent to the chosen kitchen printer, and the till system remains consistent.

Your menu, photographed and automatically imported
Simply take a photo of your paper menu: the application extracts the items, categories, and prices. You make any necessary corrections, confirm, and your catalog is ready.

Inventory management, without paper ledgers
Supplier receipts, sales, inventories, rejects, recipe components. FIFO valuation, expense tracking, and profit calculation. Supplier records and credit status.

Your loyal customers
Customer records, loyalty points, credit limits, reseller pricing. The neighborhood's daily tab, neatly maintained.

Reservations never get forgotten again
An appointment calendar with start and end times, assigned servers or hairdressers, and associated services.

Back office in your pocket
Items, users and permissions, VAT, printers, payment methods: everything is managed from the device. A web portal also gives you access to your sales and reports from any browser.

Your hardware
Thermal printers via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, integrated printer and barcode scanner for Sunmi terminals, barcode scanning via the device's camera, card payment terminal.

In your language
French, Arabic, English, Spanish, Italian, and Turkish, with right-to-left writing for Arabic. Adjustable display currency.
