Loxley Calculator

A calculator that does the math and nothing else. Three modes in one app: basic, scientific, and graphing. It works offline, asks for no permissions, and never watches what you do.

Switch modes from the row at the top. The app remembers which mode you were in, so it opens where you left off.

Basic mode is for everyday math. Tap the numbers, get the answer. It runs on exact decimal arithmetic, so 0.1 plus 0.2 comes out as exactly 0.3 instead of the long messy number you get from most calculators. The running total stays visible above your current entry.

Scientific mode gives you the full keypad. Trig functions with an INV shift for their inverses, a DEG/RAD toggle, logarithms, square root, powers, factorial, exp, pi, e, parentheses, and modulo. Type out a whole expression and the result updates live underneath as you go, so you can see the answer take shape before you commit.

Graphing mode plots y = f(x). Type a function and the curve is drawn with labeled axes and a clean grid that scales itself as you move. Pinch to zoom or use the on-screen plus and minus buttons, drag to pan, and tap the curve to trace a point and read its exact x and y. One button resets the view. Asymptotes and breaks in the curve are handled instead of smeared across the screen.

Basic and scientific keep a running history above the keypad. Scroll back through past calculations, tap one to bring it back, or remove a single entry with the trash icon next to it. The history is saved on your device and survives closing the app.
