What you can do:

• Short posts (280 characters) with links, images, or just text
• Link previews happen automatically
• Share into Trail from any app on your phone
• Global timeline and individual profiles
• Clap for posts you like (up to 50 times, because why not)
• Comments with @mentions
• Full-text search
• Notifications for claps, comments, mentions
• Mute users and report content
• RSS feeds for everything
• Light and dark theme

What's not here:

• No algorithm
• No ads
• No promoted posts
• No tracking
• No growth hacks

Trail is a hobby project, not a startup. There's no business model, no investor deck, no roadmap to become a platform. Just a place to share links and short thoughts with people.
