There weren't enough tutorials, and once you click off them there is no way to see them again. I got very confused on what I was supposed to do

The beginning of the game is very badly balanced. The tutorial is pretty bad, and it is easy to end up in a situation where you are stuck in perpetual debt. Once you are out of the early stages of the game (or after restarting, after learning the pitfalls), it isn't *as* bad, but it's just a poor design choice on Kairosoft's part. This is definitely not a good introductory game to Kairosoft games, and even if it isn't your first game with them it's not the best. :(
