Recent reviews

I still receive notifications of getting hearts but when I click them the app loads for a couple of minutes then directs me to a login page instead of my profile. This went on for a day so I tried clearing cache and then data. Then I uninstall it and reinstall. It worked after a few minutes but when I click the notification next time, it's the same problem again To answer to your response: How can I do that when I can't sign in?? 😅🤦‍♀️ All I see is the log in page

After the latest update, I've been experiencing issues accessing my account. Whenever I open the app, it just keeps loading even if all my other apps are working just fine. It also shows that I don't have my idol, I don't have any friends, and I'm in level 0 even if I'm level 29 already and 200+ friends. When it first happened, it asked me to sign in but didn’t recognize my account. I waited 4 hrs then it went back to normal. Now I can't access my account again and can't vote/send hearts!
