Network Notes – Network Asset

Network Notes is a smartphone app with Bluetooth barcode scanner support for collecting asset data and ensuring inventory registry is always up-to-date.
It's front end user interface lets users define which asset data to collect, assign auditing jobs to authorized auditors and obtain reports on fixed assets.

Network Notes enables:
• Collection of fixed asset data and update of central asset registry in real time
• Capturing of accurate and consistent asset data in various environments
• Complete quick audits, in single site visits, using form-driven data collection
• Auditing of assets in offline mode when internet connectivity is unavailable or intermittent
• Rapidly scan barcodes, QR codes, and serial numbers affixed to assets using a Bluetooth scanner in tandem with the Network Notes mobile app
