Edit May 2026: Most bugs have finally been fixed in the update, hallelujah! But not the one that overwrites your notes unfortunately. Corporate, PLEASE look into this! Edit as of Feb 27th 2026, can't even login. App is unusable. and worst of all it will DELETE and overwrite your shift notes with the "timesheet posted by eRSP Telephony" message. This app needs some serious work, it's a hassle! And PLEASE consider a "dark mode" — the blinding white screen burns my eyes and gives me migraines.

the last update is awful. it keeps saying loading while giving me a black screen. I need something fast and that will work. I do not have time to sit around and wait until the app wants to work for me. I'm on the go constantly. please fix the bugs. I have an android and ask my co-workers with Androids are having the same issue.
