FOCUS

Whether at home, at school, or with friends, stress is omnipresent in the daily lives of our children and teenagers. Its impact can have significant negative consequences, both physically and psychologically.

FOCUS is a tool that helps children as young as 6 better understand their physical and emotional functioning and regain control of their stress. Working independently with FOCUS, they learn to manage their emotions and channel their energy.
