EG Assist

EG Assist is the app for breakdown service agents and drivers who are partners of the E-Garage network.

Receive roadside assistance requests in real time, accept service calls, and connect with your customers using the integrated navigation. Your location is shared live with the customer and the dispatch center throughout the entire service call, allowing the customer to track your arrival at the breakdown location.

BACKGROUND POSITIONING
EG Assist uses your location, even when the app is running in the background, only during active service calls, to share your real-time location with the customer and the dispatch center. No location data is collected outside of your service calls.
