EducTrack - Gestion scolaire

EducTrack brings together all your children's school services in one app: cafeteria, transportation, school alerts, and financial summary.

Access is reserved for families registered by their school. You log in with the phone number provided to the school; no password is required.

CAFETERIA
• Current subscription, meal plan, and payment status for each child
• Daily and weekly menus published by the school
• History of meals served, including absences
• Reporting of foodborne illnesses or allergies

TRANSPORTATION
• Route, usual stop, and direction of travel (one-way or round-trip)
• Tracking of the current trip when the school has activated this feature
• Request for a change of address, tracked until approval
• History of pick-ups and drop-offs

BACKUP QR CARD
The physical badge given to the child remains the official attendance record. If this badge is forgotten, lost, or needs to be verified, the app displays a temporary backup QR code—without ever creating a second identity for the child.

ALERTS
• Messages from the school, viewable and archived
• Notification of an absence, health issue, or transportation problem
• Phone notifications, which can be disabled at any time

FINANCIAL TRACKING
Amounts billed, payments recorded, and outstanding balances for school meals and transportation. This is a summary: no payments are made through the app, and the amounts are updated by the administration after reconciliation.

MULTIPLE CHILDREN, MULTIPLE FAMILIES
A single account tracks all registered children, even when they are spread across multiple families or partner schools.

PRIVACY
No data is sold or used for advertising purposes. Parents are not geolocated: their position is only recorded on a transport agent's device, during a trip, and only in the foreground. Your account can be deleted at any time from the Profile tab, or via https://eductrack.net/suppression-compte

PERMISSIONS REQUESTED
• Camera: reads QR codes for attendance tracking; no photos are recorded
• Precise location: transport staff accounts only, during a trip
• Notifications: messages from the school

EducTrack is a tracking tool. School services themselves are provided by the school, which is solely responsible for the information displayed.
