suck doesn't accept the credit card

The app does not offer customer service. I contacted them by email after not getting a satisfactory reply from their chatbot and STILL got an email reply from an 'AI assistant'. In addition, the app does not allow you to add your disability card to your account meaning you need to contact the parking operator every time rendering the app useless for us.
