MyRealtek

MyRealtek is the official app for REALNET technicians, used to manage customer trouble tickets quickly and efficiently, integrated with the internal helpdesk system. Through this app, technicians can view a list of trouble tickets by POP (working area), access complete ticket details such as customer name, address, POP, complaint, VLAN, modem serial number, and a history of actions taken.

MyRealtek makes it easy for technicians to change ticket status from pending to processing, and then completed in a structured manner, allowing for clear monitoring of troubleshooting progress. The app also provides a button to contact customers directly via WhatsApp and open customer locations via Google Maps links, if available, to expedite coordination and field visits.

The app is designed with a simple and lightweight interface, making it convenient to use in the field. It features a ticket search feature based on customer name or address, as well as a filter based on ticket status, allowing technicians to easily find tasks that need to be addressed. Access to ticket data is restricted according to technician access rights based on POP, ensuring data security and order.

MyRealtek is intended solely for internal use by technicians and authorized staff within REALNET/Data Real Solutions and is not intended for general customers.
