QRWorkout (Starter Pack)

Tired of the same old workouts? sick of boring apps that are all the same? QR Workout is an app for the whole family to enjoy, weather you’re a beginner or an elite athlete it will get you fit and keep you fit. With a fun new never before seen way to workout you can progress through many sets of fun filled exercises, work hard to unlock the next routines or repeat your previous favourites.
There is no gym equipment needed and you can take it anywhere, and workout anytime with no pressure. All items needed are within the app including images of the QR Codes you can download and print, these are the fun and exciting way you interact with our app to have an all new and unique experience.
This fitness app has been designed for entertainment as you workout so you won’t get bored simply exercising. Your phone is used to scan codes throughout the workout with some sequences timed and others untimed from beginner to extensive and lengthy routines as well as others. You can compete with your friends beating each other’s times or have a race to see who can finish the routine in the shortest time; you can have games using the inbuilt timers or just workout in groups like your own gym or with your favourite gym buddy.
As you progress through the app you will work towards shorter time limits and harder demanding routines so the challenges never stop.
QR Workout (Starter Pack) has 4 main levels to achieve with 5 reps in each level getting harder and longer as you get fitter, the (intermediate Pack) has another 4 Levels that get increasingly harder and longer with more demanding workouts, then another 8 single levels in the (Advanced Pack) with complex routines, when you are nearing the end you can choose a custom level of your own and program any combination using our new technique.
After accomplishing all reps within a level you are able to save that level and it will go to your achievement page so you are able to go back and repeat them again to get fitter and stronger for the next and more challenging level, to better your times, because you need work in that muscle area or simply because you like it.
QR workout targets all major muscles groups and is suitable for young and old, work at your own pace until you become quicker, stronger and fitter so you can beat your previous times or to beat your friends time ;).
There is also a pattern page which will show you a scanning pattern from easy to very complex, this you will need to remember on some workouts to enable you to do your exercise in the right order and will exercise your mind as well.

No ads or spam to interrupt your workouts as we know how annoying it is to have them in an app, especially if you’re halfway through a routine.
