Canfigure Asset Mobile

Canfigure Asset Mobile provides real-time access to asset data and workflows using your mobile device. Canfigure Asset Mobile can operate in multiple modes according to your licensed Canfigure Modules. A built-in demo account lets you experience the functions (read only) for all available Modules.

The following Modules are currently available:

** Asset Management

Using your existing Canfigure account, you can lookup asset data to view and update assignment, location, status and more.

New assets can be created easily along with related photos and documentation. New tickets can be created from the app and you can complete workflow tasks that have been assigned to you.

Barcodes can be scanned with your device camera to look up an asset in order to make changes or carry out a stock take.

Test Validation Module **

The Canfigure Test Validation Module provides a quick and convenient way for an engineer to update the status of testing from their device in real time.

The core features of the app include:

- Listing open Test Requests
- Listing Test Events with filters including Active, Ready, Completed, Passed and Failed.
- Setting the status of a Test Event
- Setting the actual start and finish dates of Test Events
- Recording what Equipment was tested per Test Event
- Viewing key details of Test Requests including Attributes, Equipment, Tasks, Attachments and Notes
- Viewing key details of Test Events including Attributes, Equipment, Defects, Attachments and Notes
- Viewing key details of Defects including Attributes, Equipment, Tasks, Attachments and Notes
- Downloading and viewing Test Request documents
- Downloading and viewing Test Event documents
- Downloading and viewing Defect documents
- Taking of photos and uploading against Test Events
- Viewing and entering notes against Test Requests
- Viewing and entering notes against Test Events
- Logging of new Defects against affected Equipment
- Taking of photos and uploading against Defects
- Listing Equipment currently assigned/checked out to user
- Listing and editing of Tasks currently assigned to user
- Listing and editing of Defects raised by the user

NOTE: A read-only demo user is provided but a Canfigure license is required to fully utilise the app.

The Canfigure Asset Mobile app requires a real-time connection to a Canfigure web server over cellular network or Wifi.
