BlackJack Win Log 📝 records each practice 🏋️ bead against the exact machine settings behind it. Pick MIG, TIG, Stick or Flux-core and the form changes with the process: TIG asks tungsten type ⌨️, grind and pedal range, Stick asks electrode class and drag ✋ angle, MIG asks wire feed speed and gas mix, Flux-core asks polarity and stickout. A saved attempt is never missing a field for the process you ran, and never padded with fields that do not apply to it.

Name the coupon — base metal, thickness, joint type ⌨️ and position from 1F to 4G — and the app 📱 selects the matching row from the starting-parameter tables it ships with. The deviation ribbon then shows how far your entered values sit from that baseline while you set the dials, which stay large enough to work with gloves on.

Shoot the finished bead in the app 📱 or import 📥 a shot you took earlier. The photo 📸 is bound to its parameter set and cannot be saved on its own, so your library 📚 is searchable by settings rather than by date. Rate the result against a fixed defect taxonomy — undercut, porosity, spatter, cold lap, burn-through, ropey crown — with a severity per defect, so attempts compare arithmetically instead of by re-reading old notes.

Choose a material and thickness and it plots amperage against travel ✈️ speed ⚡ with dot intensity set by defect score, then ranks the parameter bands that produced your cleanest work. Open a band to see its member attempts side by side, their photos, the band's parameter range and the average severity per defect type.

Quick log 📝 clones the previous attempt's whole parameter set and coupon spec and asks only what changed, so a run of beads takes about ten seconds each to record.

Everything runs on the device 📱. There is no account, no sign-up and no network in the core loop: every screen works in airplane mode, bead photos 📸 stay in app-private 🔒 storage, and the baseline tables and defect taxonomy are populated on first launch with zero attempts recorded.
