2026-09-08	Mi*****	I bought these a few months back and when I got them I tested them out and they worked well. there was no membership or any fees and that was the reason why I purchased them. recently I pulled them out to charge them and to test them as I need them for a trip and it is forcing me to purchase a membership. in other words, they are worthless. first they say there was no membership or fees and then it changes and there are useless

2026-09-05	Ga*****	since the update its completely broken, constantly stops working after a minute or so and have to restart or suddenly starts translating in Chinese or Thai when it's set to polish. Still yranslstes on the phone screen but doesn't send the translation to esrphones

2026-09-04	Ro*****	Completely useless for Japanese translation now after the latest update . The time lag makes it impossible for real time translation. Don't waste your time trying to get this app to work like it should. The earbuds are fine. The translation app works like a dead parrot.
