Something you want to remember while reading, a discovery or a lesson learned mid-game, your lap times and mood during a marathon, an unexpected encounter or mishap while hiking... You want to make a note, but whatever you're really doing is still going on and you can't stop to type. And even if you tell yourself you'll sort it out later, it feels like too much trouble when the moment comes, and by then you've forgotten what it was anyway.

Now Logging is a notes app built around voice input. It takes far less time than typing, so you can capture a thought the instant you have it, while the motivation is still there.

- Just press the voice button and speak. Your words are turned into text and saved as a note. The audio itself is never kept, so it won't eat up your storage.
- Keep a separate file for each event, making it easy to pause and resume, and to look back over how things unfolded.
- Send a whole set of notes as plain text via email or messaging apps. Handy for pulling them together into a blog post or a website.
- Ads are hidden while you're on mobile data (4G/5G), so they won't use up your data allowance.
