2026-03-08	Er*****	App did NOT recognize annual subscription I purchased through Google Play. Had to purchase a 2nd one from their website which the app finally recognized. I contacted support since they hide support info unless you pay and they claimed the financial department would contact me and that's the last I've heard from them 12 days despite sending 2 more emails to them since. Google won't refund and if I dispute with my bank Google threatened to remove me from Google Payments. Guess I've been scammed

2026-02-26	To*****	I uninstalled the service during the trial, yet I was still charged. When I requested a refund, I received a lecture on "explicit permission" while they held my money. Their defense is a T&C checkbox that contradicts their "consent-first" principles. A refund was eventually processed after friction, but the practice of forced trials with payment lock-in remains unethical. If you enjoy being told how ethical a company is while fighting for your own funds, this is the service for you. Sub cancel
