This Westchester county police app looks great,and I think a wonderful way to receive information by the public and then investigate and or respond with. I haven't tried app out yet but have faith that this may help by relaying important details confidenaly and more efficient than traditional landline phone,thank you and giving 5 Stars to help out with.
