2026-07-19	An*****	The camera is awful. My $30.00 trail cam works far better than this poor excuse for a security system cam. It consistently logs me out so I don't receive notifications. I consistently cannot actually view the videos because they don't load. Doesn't matter how often I clear the cache. I'm planning on canceling my subscription to the entire security system just because of how bad the camera app is. And seems to get worse with every update.

2026-07-11	Jo*****	as far as being able to control your system, it is fine. If you are trying to use this to view cameras, it is the worst app I have ever used and I am an installer. First, the app is extremely slow to pull clips and to show live video. If you want to watch clips, you have to hit the cloud icon and wait 1 to 2 minutes each time you want to view. The calendar also does not indicate which days have data and which does not so you have to keep tapping on a day to see which has data.
