Weeks passed, no OTP was sent. I submitted id for verification, cashed in money but Can't even open since december. Stupid app. Scam!

Stupid app. I've been trying to pay my water bill here for three days now and it just says there's a connectivity issue with the biller. A biller that can only be paid electronically with this app. I wouldn't even use this dumb app if there was another way to pay it with an e-wallet. Cash in fee also very high. Wasted money because now, since it's my due date, I have to go to a physical location anyway.
