Video Bar is a Chrome extension that adds a customizable progress bar to YouTube videos and videos on other websites. Keep track of video progress in a non-intrusive way while all the controls are hidden. Customize the progress bar's position, size, colors, timer font, and mouse-over behavior. Turn it on/off for each browser's tab with a left mouse click on the extension's icon.

yOU CAN'T CONTROL USELESS

Love this. But it would be better if we could also have a toggle feature to jump directly to specific parts of the video, like instantly going to 10%, 50%, or 90%, on video players like Vidalytics, Wistia, etc similar to how you can click on a YouTube video's progress bar to navigate.
