Turn Off Screen lets you switch off and lock your Android phone’s display instantly with one tap from the home screen launcher icon. It uses Android’s Device Administrator permission to lock the screen like the power button, with no menus or complicated settings.

The lightweight app supports Android 6.0 and later, is available in 20 languages, and includes a long-press shortcut for sending a developer tip. To uninstall it, first disable its Device Administrator permission in Android security settings, then remove the app normally.
